    Open the Spotify Developer Dashboard and log in with your Spotify account.

    First time? Accept the developer terms when Spotify asks.

    Click Create app. For App name type My Clean Playlists and for App description type Makes clean copies of my playlists.

    In Redirect URIs, paste this address and click Add:

    Under Which API/SDKs are you planning to use? check Web API. Agree to the terms and click Save.

    On your new app's page, click Settings and copy the Client ID. Paste it below.
